Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before applying to skin. A 2โ€“3% dilution (10โ€“15 drops per 30ml carrier) is recommended for adults. For children, elderly or sensitive skin, use 1% or less.

Diffusing Your Oils

Add 3โ€“10 drops of essential oil to your diffuser with water. Diffuse for 30โ€“60 minutes at a time with breaks in between. Ensure the room is ventilated and keep pets away from the diffusion area.

Apply diluted oils to pulse points, the soles of feet, or areas of concern. Avoid eyes, ears, mucous membranes and broken skin. Always perform a patch test 24 hours before first use.
